After over 20 years in Corporate America at the executive level; Cledra used her talent of growing million-dollar brands in the pharmaceutical industry to grow her own global Life & Business Coaching Practice.
With advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering & nutrition from North Carolina A&T State University; Cledra integrates her faith with neuroscience, engineering and cognitive behavioral principles to help her clients re-wire their brain through intentional thinking.
Cledra has coached for over 10,000 hours, over 100 physicians, and hundreds of women from all backgrounds. Her commitment to coaching mastery has created a high-demand coaching practice.
As a result of working with Cledra, her clients increase revenue, create productivity systems for both life and business, reinvent themselves, and have a greater sense of fulllment & satisfaction each day. One of Cledra’s core values is to provide exceptional service for her clients. Cledra is married to the love of her life and favorite Pastor Eddie Gross. She serves as the Executive Pastor and chair of the Women's ministry at Equipped for Destiny Church in Knightdale, NC.
In her spare time, Cledra loves to spend time with her family, their rescue dog Frisco, and a great Peloton ride.
